A rising star of Brisbane real estate is preparing to part ways with his spectacular warehouse apartment after an extensive renovation.

The designer three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the historic Saratoga Woolstore is something of a ‘unicorn’.

“It’s got windows in every single room, giving an abundance of natural light” Mr Cassidy said of the rare feature. “And [the layout means] you don’t have neighbours on either side.

“It’s also all on one level with a huge balcony off the parents’ retreat. Most woolstores don’t have a balcony, and if they do, they’re small.”

Mr Cassidy and husband James bought the home two years ago and undertook a significant renovation.

“We have pretty much reconfigured the whole apartment, from lighting to flooring, adding and removing walls, new bathrooms, a kitchen with butler’s pantry, new barn doors, custom curtains throughout, and a new walk-in robe.

“Not one surface has been left untouched.”
